Four generations of wine-atlantiques
From the 1880s is documented in the linking of the great-grandfather of the lineage of the Dominguez, with the elaboration of wines.
Precisely, his face presides as an unequivocal sign of identity the labels of the bottles. All in all, the winery, as such, was founded in 1953 by José Domínguez Domínguez, but it would not be until recent times, when the fourth generation, which gives the name to the current exploitation, is raised to concentrate the land in a wine cellar of payment that would be integrated in 1993 into the D. O. Tacoronte-Acentejo.
With a surface area of 12 hectares of own vineyards, Bodegas Domínguez cultivated a few native grapes that are the foundation on which philosophy and commitment to give birth to wines that are distinctly canarian. The result, a brand that, year after year, Bodegas Domínguez puts with pride in the market: Tinto Selección Negramoll, firm commitment of the winemaker; Domínguez Clásico, a broth, wild card, able to accompany any type of dish; Malvasía Clásico, raised in Punta del Hidalgo, with waters El Batán and by the marecía, more Blanco grape.
