 The elaboration of our wines starts from a rigorous work in the cultivation of vines of the varieties Listán Negro, Merlot, Cabernet S., Gual and Malvasía and subject to the control of the D. O. Tacoronte-Acentejo.

The comprehensive monitoring of the maturation allows for selective harvesting, which is perfected in the chosen manual and cleaning of the grape in the winery.

Fermentation, racking and pressing are performed using systems that respect the maximum the delicacy of treatment of the fruit, removing all of its potential.

The area of El Boquerón, Valle Guerra, is distinguished by the influence of an extraordinary microclimate to the lullaby of the gentle and fresh winds, only on the island of Tenerife.

Fertile lands of volcanic origin that serve as a crib to a long wine-producing tradition of careful elaboration in our cellar.
