Production: Made with the Malvasía variety of Palm grown at low altitude. Manual grape harvest. From grapes ripened, the result is a liqueur wine that takes a minimum of 6 months in barrels of French and american oak.

Tasting note: Clean and bright. Straw-yellow colour. On the nose, frank, of medium-high intensity. Appear the primary aromas typical of the variety, apricots and some citrus, well integrated with wood notes, that bring memories of nuts, almonds. Mouth is very complex. The aromas perceived in the nose are repeated by retronasal. High intensity, it is sweet. With perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.
Food pairing: Ideal for the desktop, as an accompaniment to desserts, especially based on chocolate, it also combines perfectly with fruit.
