Elaboration: The tradition of the ancient wines of the canary islands has left us this sweet wine elaborated with grapes sobremaduras of Malvasía aromatic. The grapes are macerated for 48 hours to extract the varietal aromas and the sweet of the grapes partially pasificadas. It ferments until you get a perfect balance between the sugars are not fermented, and the natural acidity that gives this historic variety from the Canary islands. A few racking and the rest need to give high aromatic expression and taste.

Pairing: Pates, cheeses and pastries.

Service temperature: 10ºC.

Consumption: 10 years.

Presentation: Bottles of 50 cl in elegant individual case. Boxes of 6 bottles.
