El Borujo Blanco Seco

Rating:

Production: After a slight maceration in cold, the must is fermented at a low temperature to maintain the aromas. Then after several racking is clarified, it is filtered with a plate sterilizing and bottling.

Variety of grapes: 50% Listán Blanco, 30% Albillo, 10% Moscatel, 10% Vijariego Blanco.

Tasting note: Greenish yellow, clean and bright. The nose is of high intensity tropical fruit and light notes herbaceas. In the mouth it is fresh, fatty, broad, with a round middle and a nice persistence.
