BASIC PRINCIPLES: Get a wine from organic viticulture more respectful with the environment
WINEMAKING METHOD: Hand harvested in early August in boxes of 20 kg. In winery purely mechanical processes for their preparation will be used such as the stripping, crushing and pressing. The must will ferment at low temperatures without affecting by any other way in the fermentation that develops with native yeast from the plots of ground harvested.
WINE-TASTING CHARACTERISTICS: Crystal with gold coloured flashes. Fruity intense stone fruit with hints of candied fruit and orange peel. Fresh, silky citrus touches.
