Production: Selection and manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg, de-stemming and light pressing in pneumatic press. The must is fermented at a low temperature, it is selected the fine lees to make a minimum of 6 months with removed weekly in steel tank. The bottling is done with a slight clarification and filtration.

Variety of grapes: Vijariego Blanco, Listán Blanco.
