Elaboration: The best grapes of the farm harvest and select manually. Be done a cold pre-fermentation maceration during 5 hours, after the wort drops by gravity directly to ferment with their own yeasts, native of Lanzarote. In the end it is a wine with: alcohol 13% vol residual Sugar 2.5 g/l. Total acidity 6 g/l
Tasting note: straw yellow Colour with touches of steely. Aromas tropical very elegant with a medium intensity; passion fruit, pineapple, citrus. On palate, it is glyceric, with a fine acidity that gives freshness, is intense and durable, has a good step in the mouth.
Service temperature: 10ºC.
