Varieties: Listán Blanco, Moscatel.
Method of preparation: The vendimia is carried out between the months of September and October. The grapes are collected and transported to the Winery in boxes of 20 kilos, to be subsequently selected into a tape and subjected to a gentle pressing after which the must is clarified for 12 hours at 10º degrees celsius. Its fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks between 18 to 20 degrees celsius. At the end of the fermentation the wine is clarified, stabilized by cold and bottled.
Tasting note: Colour: pale yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright; Nose: Floral, white flowers, reminiscent of jasmine, white fruit, feeling a scent of sweetness, white fruit; in the Mouth, it presents Fresh, balanced, soft but with structure, notes salinas, tasty.
Culinary uses: it Is advised to accompany all kinds of fish, rice, fresh cheeses and salads. Serve between 8° and 12° degrees. It is recommended to place the bottle in a cool place in reverse.
