Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel at 16ºC, and raised on its fine lees in the tank itself.

Parameters Oenological: 13% vol ; A. T.=6,7 gr H2T/l ; PH=3,3; Az. Reducing<4 gr/l

Services and suggestions for food pairing: Service 9ºC and-wine pairing with fish in sauce, white meats.

TASTING NOTE

Visual phase: straw Yellow, clean and bright.

Olfactory phase: high aromatic intensity highlighting the smoky, jasmine, melon and pineapple tropical.

Palate: Intense, extraordinarily unctuous and persistent.
