Services and suggestions for food pairing: Service 9ºC and-wine pairing with white meats, fish in sauce, cheeses.
Visual phase: straw Yellow, clean and bright.
Olfactory phase: high aromatic intensity, highlighting the pear and the vanilla in addition to the tnos smoked own barrel.
Palate: Intense, with an acidity marked characteristic of the variety.
