Winemaking: Fermented in new oak barrels Allier of 225 and 350 liters. Raised on its fine lees with a beating for 6 months.

Parameters Oenological: 13% vol ; A. T.=6,9 gr H2T/l ; PH=3,1; Az. Reducing<4 gr/l

Services and suggestions for food pairing: Service 9ºC and-wine pairing with white meats, fish in sauce, cheeses.

TASTING NOTE

Visual phase: straw Yellow, clean and bright.

Olfactory phase: high aromatic intensity, highlighting the pear and the vanilla in addition to the tnos smoked own barrel.

Palate: Intense, with an acidity marked characteristic of the variety.
