Production: Elaborated with grapes Listán Blanco of the high zones of the Valley of Güímar (1,300 m of altitude) and Moscatel. These two varieties after a pre-fermentation maceration, gives us a wine that is very typical of the area. To achieve this type of wine, we have to stop the fermentation with cold, and so we get the sugar desired, in addition to retain the greatest quantity of aromas.
Variety of grapes: 60% Listán Blanco, 40% Moscatel.

- Total acidity: 6.5g/l
- Reducing sugars: 22.0g/l
Tasting note: Pale yellow in colour, on the nose, very explosive that reminds us of the muscat and passion fruit from the Listán Blanco. In the mouth the balanced between sugar and acidity and is very persistent and elegant.
