Preparation: use must of first quality (mosto yema) that is fermented partially at a temperature of 15ºC. The fermentation is to 0ºC, being without to ferment other sugars.

Tasting note: The wine "blanc de noir" are white wines obtained from grapes of a complex process of development. The result is this fruity white, with steely highlights, fruity aromas, fresh in the mouth, silky fun.
