Production: made from Listán Blanco of vintage early. The grapes destemmed, pressed and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes clarification, cold stabilization and filtration. Second fermentation in the bottle in cellars with controlled temperature to 14ºC. A year of aging in bottle prior to performing the operation of disgorgement manually (which is incorporated expedition liqueur that gives it its sweetness. METHOD CHAMPENOISE.
