Winemaking: Obtained by bleeding after 24 h of pre-fermentation maceration at 0ºC of the Listán Negro.
Parameters Oenological: 12,5% vol; A. T.=5,2 gr H2T/l ; PH=3,4; Az. Reducing<2 gr/l
Services and suggestions for food pairing: Service 9ºC and pairing with pastas, rice, meals, sweet and sour.
TASTING NOTE
Visual phase: raspberry Red with violet tones, clean and bright.
Olfactory phase: medium-high Intensity that is dominated by the black pepper, strawberry and raspberry.
Palate: Fresh and pleasant, very balanced.
