Production: Made with varíeteles Listán Negro from vineyards of more than 50 years old. Is harvesting by hand. Ends the fermentation in barrels of french and american oak, where it remains for 3 months.

Tasting note: In the visual phase, cherry red with purple tones of medium-high layer, clean and bright. In the olfactory phase, medium-high intensity, spicy, vanilla, black fruit and tobacco. In the palate is balanced and tasty, with ripe tannins and wood well integrated. Persistent finish with memories achocolatados.

Food pairing: This wine pairs well with cold cuts, cheeses, poultry, tender meats roasted in a wood oven or on the grill.
