Tasting note: It has a cherry color with good intensity and a thin layer where the predominant blue is intrinsic to its youth. Aromas of crisp, swiss with a prevalence of red fruit, mulberry and blackberry. A background of very subtle wood and earthy-mineral. In the mouth it has structure and balance with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
Food pairing: Ideal to combine with red meat, rabbit salmorejo, cured cheeses and strong.
