Tasting note: Dark crimson, very intense, keeping his violet reflections. Notes of red fruit, very ripe; plums, currants, blackberries, blueberries... all mixed together with hints of floral such as violet and a complex range of spicy aromas and toasty: nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, gingerbread, mocha, smoked, cocoa... A red wine of high density in the mouth, fatty, unctuous, with a long persistence.
Food pairing: Red meat, including grilled poultry, cheeses.
Service temperature: 16-17ºC.
