Production: The grape is destemmed and pressed. The fermentation is controlled at 24ºC and the time of maceration is 10 days.
Aging: 12 months in oak barrels

Wine tasting note: garnet Red with high layer, clean and bright. On the nose it has aromas of black fruits, blueberry jam, cocoa, spices, toasted. In mouth is velvety and persistent, with a lot of intensity and structure. Fruity and with a strong load tannic.
Serving Temperature: 16ºC.
