This Baboso from Valle Guerra, of deep dark red passion, with dense and round bluish; tears and perfume of ripe red fruits, plums and sensual spices, elegant wood and volcanic land enters sensually, densely and tasty, surprising us in every sip.
Varieties: Baboso negro (Bastardo negro) (100%)
Winemaking: The grapes were harvested on the 23rd and 24th of August by a double selection of the bunches. Entered in the tank by gravity, without crumpling, and remained in maceration for 10 days at a controlled temperature to then make a pressed soft, after that has finished fermenting. After receiving several fillings entered in barrels of French and american oak where it remained for 2 months. It was bottled on June 11, giving rise to a limited run of 1,545 bottles.

Tasting note: the light is clean and bright, with a color that reminds us of blueberries and a trim granate intense. Dense tears. On the nose is mineral with hints of volcano, and some balsamic discrete. In mouth, it has an intense entry, it is unctuous, balanced and persistent.
