At the Boquerón, caressed by the saltpeter, the damp breeze and the mist, the small cylindrical bunches are born; with the sweet pulp and fennel scent.
Then the wise weather and the temperature of the lights, make of the grape the blood of life, with this Ruby-Red Merlot.

Winemaking: The grapes were harvested in the day 03 of October doing a double selection of bunches. Entered in the tank by gravity, without crumpling, and remained in maceration for 08 days at a controlled temperature to then make a pressed soft, after that has finished fermenting. After receiving several fillings entered in barrels of French and american oak where it remained for 2 months. It was bottled on June 11, giving rise to a limited run of 1.495 bottles.

Service: Service in a broad crown at an approximate temperature of 17ºC
Tasting note: the light is clean and bright, upper middle layer, red cherry, intense and powerful tear. On the nose is balsamic, with hints of wood, ripe fruit and spicy notes. In the mouth it presents a soft entry, it is round and persistent. In the aftertaste reappear ripe red fruit.
