Varietal: Majority Listan negro (80%) and Negramoll (5%)
Winemaking: The wine undergoes a long maceration process in wide tanks, then is aged in North American, French and Hungarian oak barrels for around three months. Bright cherry-red colour, with granate reflections on middle layer rim, and edges. Aromas of balsamic and ripe fruit with notes of licorice and spices.

Service: Service in a broad crown at an approximate temperature of 17ºC
Tasting note: sight gives us a cherry red color with garnet highlights on the rim. Is bright and clean, with a middle layer. On the nose, it offers a set aromatic and clean, with a predominance of aromas of ripe fruit, with a licorice note. If we allow the oxygenation are some spicy notes, roasted, light weight and is accentuated by the balsamic. In the mouth shows an average structure, with a balanced acidity which gives it a mouth very nice. In the aftertaste repeats the sensations of the nose, reappearing spices and balsamic, plus a very subtle wood.
