Varieties: Listán negro (80%), Listán blanco (5%), Spanish (3%), Tintillo (2%) and Negramolle (5%), in addition to other varieties which improve the organoleptic characteristics of the wine.

Winemaking: manual grape Harvest with double selection. The grapes fall by gravity into the tank without squeezing, these deposits are wide and of low height to allow for a greater contact of the cap of skins with the must and, therefore, improve the extraction of color and aromas. Begins the maceration-fermentation at a temperature that ranges between 24-28ºC. After this process lasted 25 days on the skins are pressed in a pneumatic press. After the fermentation, the wine is trasegó several times and then it went to american oak barrels, American and Hungarian where he remained 15 months and then make the process of resting in bottle.

Tasting notes: In view presents a beautiful red color cardenalíceo with a trim young man. A medium-high layer and density in the glass. On the nose, good balance between wood and black fruits mature, appears the balsamic and spicy. On the palate it has an elegant entry, rounded and glyceric. In the aftertaste appear notes of roasted and smoked.
