One of our single varietal, the Verijadiego red wine has been elaborated from the variety Verijadiego 100%, this reference, kept it for 6 months in French oak barrels, leaving it to macerate for fifteen days in steel vats of small capacity.
It is a deep-red wine with touches of purple, of medium-high layer. Aromas of black fruit, spicy aromas and balsamic with background mineral of medium intensity and franca. Good entry, meaty, tasty, soft tannins, balanced and with a final in the mouth, nice and elegant.
Food pairing: An ideal wine to accompany any meal.
Volume of alcohol: 13%.
