Elaboration: This wine is made from lots of varieties Shyrah, one of the most, Tintilla and Listán Negro strains own grown on our farm. After a rigorous selection of the grapes, the stems are removed to avoid tastes astringent. After all the skin and pulp will be introduced into a reservoir, in which it will ferment. To ferment with the skin to extract all of the color as possible by performing, daily, pumping over and of step we are going to remove the pipes, we can transmit tastes bitter while green. The fermentation can last about 5 days at a temperature of 20-25ºC. Once finished the alcoholic fermentation to begin the malolactic fermentation, leaving the wine more smooth. The final touch is what will give the stay 60-90 days in american oak barrels.

Tasting notes: cherry Color, intense, clean and crystalline with violet hues. Aromas of blackberry, ripe cherry, also appear aromas of roasted coffee, some vanilla and soft wood. In the mouth it is a wine with body, balanced and round, with a step silky. At the end you will notice a smooth tannin and elegant.
