60 % Listán Negro.

20 % Castellana.

20 % Syrah

Date of harvest: Late September and October.

Temperature of service: 14 – 16 ºC.

Food pairing: grilled red Meat, goat cheese, and sheep.

Tasting note: Vidueño selected our best grapes of the varieties Listán Negro, Castellana and Syrah. Six months in oak barrels French and american oak, and an adequate stay in the bottle. Wine Marba Caprice Limited Edition.

Red wine, purple, violet rim, high layer, clean and bright. On the nose it has medium-high intensity, a predominance of red fruits, truffle, tobacco and spices, memories of the wood. In the mouth, balanced, good intensity, alcohol well integrated, very nice and good persistence.
