The wine of Tea, get their name from the heart of the Canary Pine, in particular of the so-called Pine Parent trees between 150 and 200 years, whose marrow or heart provides a wood of reddish color called TEA. Traditionally these wines were made from a mixture of varieties of both grapes as white as the ink that remained all year in the barrels and that resulted in a rosé wine is characterized by its peculiar aroma and taste to the Tea.

ALCOHOL: 13.5% Vol

TASTING NOTES: a Wine of intense aroma and a typical taste of resin, soft layer, red cherry with shades of violaceas. On the nose contains aromas of spicy cloves, nutmeg and balsamic on the order of menthol eucalyptus. In the mouth has a good initial attack where they mix the varietal aromas with the resin of pine tree that acquires in the barrel.

PAIRING WITH FOOD: Bbq, grilled meats, pojate, gofio, cheese, goat meat, cordedo.
