Parameters Oenological: 14% vol; A. T.=5,2 g H T/l ; pH=3,8; Az. Reducing<2 gr/l.

Services and suggestions for food pairing: service to 14ºC accompanying ideally suited for hearty dishes such as red meats.

TASTING NOTE

Visual phase: upper middle layer, red garnet.

Olfactory phase: floral notes of the Slimy Black with a perfect mix of black fruits of the Tintilla and a wooden background very well integrated.

Palate: Intense and persistent, balanced and with tannins present but not dominant.
