Production: Maceration in cold. The time of maceration is 10 days. Malolactic fermentation to 260C in barrels French and american oak for 7 months.

Grape variety: Slimy Black 100%.

  • Alcoholic degree: 14,5% vol
  • Total acidity: 4.4 g/l tartaric acid
  • Residual sugar: 4.0 g/l

Tasting notes: unique wine elaborated 100% with one of the grape varieties from the Canary islands more minority: the Slimy Black. Us déjà seducer by a complexity of aromas very unique (violet, frutillos red in liquor on a balsamic background) that gives way to a mouth full of nuances, with sweet tannins still to Polish (won over time), of average structure, balanced, with an elegance and finesse that are difficult to achieve in other areas vinicolas. Amazing.

Food pairing: Cheese, meat, all types, meat on the grill.

Service temperature: 16-18ºC.

Цвет красно-фиолетовый, прозрачный, яркий и чистый.
Аромат необычный, ликерно-бальзамический, яркий, очень приятный.
Вкус сильный, легкий, сбалансированный, с очень гладкими довольно зрелыми танинами. Очень оригинальный вкус. Послевкусие средней продолжительности.
Не многие рискуют делать моновариетальные вина из автохтонных сортов. В данном случае эксперимент, на мой взгляд, удачен.
